Ending Homelessness - One Family at a Time
Housing and Support Services For Residents
The Home & Hope Residential Program provides individualized and comprehensive programs for residents of Interfaith Housing Coalition. Specific needs are assessed and families stay an average six months in one of our 49 apartments. Job Search, budgeting and employment retention are important aspects of this accountability-driven program. The families served take ownership of the problems that led to their situation so they can own the solutions
Children and Teens
The Heart, Head & Hands Children’s Program offers a therapeutic curriculum inspired by Waldorf education to help children and teens overcome their history of family instability and become more resilient. Our Teen Leadership Program provides the foundation for making good choices and this important stage in their lives.
