Ending Homelessness - One Family at a Time

Housing and Support Services For Residents

The Home & Hope Residential Program provides individualized and comprehensive programs for residents of Interfaith Housing Coalition. Specific needs are assessed and families stay an average six months in one of our 49 apartments.
